Our dispatchers are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone, fax, and e-mail.  They are available to help you with placing an order, checking on the status of one, or determining the ETA. We currently support our customers with information such as order delivery status,  web access and/or automatic e-mail of imaged shipping documents and invoices. We have full EDI capabilities for freight billings.
